Offered for sale is a vintage Buck model 103 Skinner fixed-blade hunting knife, made in USA, probably ca. 1970s. This knife features a stainless steel skinner blade, an aluminum hilt and pommel, and black composite handle scales. Blade length is 4″. Overall length is 8-1/4″. The blade is almost 3/16″ thick at the hilt. The blade is tang stamped Buck 103 USA. The knife is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of occasional use and carry. The blade appears to be at least 99% intact. Included with the knife is a Buck leather sheath. This knife is very well made, and will provide many more years of service with proper care.
