Offered for sale is a vintage Jean Case (by Kinfolks) fixed-blade hunting knife, made in USA, probably ca. 1930s. This knife features a carbon steel semi-skinner blade, an aluminum single hilt, an aluminum pommel, and a very nice amber colored bakelite handle. The blade is 4″ long and 1/8″ thick at the hilt. The blade is tang stamped Jean Case Cut. Co, Little Valley NY. Overall length is 8″. The knife is in very good condition overall, especially considering its age. The blade shows some pitting throughout, and appears to be about 98% intact. There is a minor blemish in the handle (see photographs). Included with the knife is a leather sheath, possibly original to the knife. This knife is very well made, and will provide many more years of service with proper care. Or, it would be right at home in a collection of vintage fixed blade knives. You can own this very high quality vintage American hunting knife for $199.99.
