Offered for sale is a vintage Movado 14k Museum wrist watch, probably ca. 1970s.  The Museum Watch is based on a mid-20th century watch design by Nathan Horwitt, and an original example is in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. This watch features a 14K solid yellow gold round case, a 17-jewel automatic movement, and a black dial with a single hour marker at the 12 o’clock position and a date indicator inside this hour marker.  The case is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of occasional wear.  The movement is in excellent running order.  The dial is in excellent original condition.  Overall, a very presentable watch that is ready to wear in style or present as a wonderful gift to a person who appreciates fine timepieces.  Size: 34mm diameter.  Fitted with a Kreisler leather strap.  You can own this high grade, attractive Swiss made wrist watch, from a time when watches really had style, for $699.99.  If you have questions about this watch or about my watch and clock repair services, please feel free to contact or email me.
