Offered for sale is a vintage Schrade-Walden 250T Alaskan Old Timer folding lockback hunting knife, made in USA, probably ca. 1960s or 1970s. This knife features a carbon steel clip point blade and skinning blade, nickel silver bolsters, brass liners, brown Delrin sawcut handle scales, and a lanyard hole with metal ring. Length closed is 5-1/4″. The blade is tang stamped SCHRADE-WALDEN N.Y. U.S.A. 250T and The clip point blade is etched lengthwise with “Alaskan Old Timer Hunter.” The knife is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of occasional handling. The blades appear to be 100% intact with some very minor pitting on both blades. Included with this knife is a Schrade leather sheath, box and papers. This knife is very well made, and will provide many more years of service with proper care. Or, it would be right at home in a collection of vintage pocket knives.
