Offered for sale is a vintage Gevril first generation automatic wrist watch, probably ca. 1990s.  This watch features a solid stainless steel screw back case, a screw-down crown with crown-unlocked indicator that shows red in the dial when the crown is in the unlocked position, a matching stainless steel bracelet with double deployant clasp, a 25-jewel automatic movement, and a fancy silver dial with Roman numerals and a date indicator at the 6 o’clock position.  The case is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of occasional wear.  The movement is in excellent running order.  The dial is in near-mint original condition.  Overall, a very presentable watch that is ready to wear in style or present as a wonderful gift to a person who appreciates fine timepieces.  Size: 39mm diameter (without crown).  The bracelet will fit a 7-1/4″ wrist, and can be made smaller by removing links.  Signed case, dial, bracelet, and movement.  You can own this very high grade, attractive, ready-to-wear, highly collectible Swiss-made wrist watch with the rare crown indicator, for only $699.99/obo.  If you have questions about this watch or about my watch and clock repair services, please feel free to call me at 386-761-0077 or email me.
