Hamilton CAMERON Vintage 14K Gold Deco Wrist Watch

Categories: ,

Offered for sale is a vintage Hamilton “Cameron” wrist watch, ca. 1942.  The Cameron model was first produced in 1937, and was produced up until World War Two.  This watch features a solid 14k yellow gold Deco style rectangular case, a 19-jewel calibre #982 Medallion manual wind movement (one of the highest grade movements Hamilton used in a wrist watch), and a silver matte dial with gold applied hour markers.  The case is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of occasional wear.  The movement is in excellent running order.  The dial is in good original condition, and shows a patina appropriate for its age (some might say the dial should be refinished, but I will leave that up to the buyer).  Overall, a presentable watch that is ready to wear in style or present as a wonderful gift to a person who appreciates fine timepieces.  Size: 22mm wide x 37mm lug-to-lug.  Signed case, dial, and movement.  Fitted with a leather strap.  This is a hard-to-find model, and is sought after by Hamilton watch collectors today.  You can own this very high grade, attractive, highly collectible American-made wrist watch, for only $699.99/obo.  If you have questions about this watch or about my watch and clock repair services, please feel free to call me at 386-761-0077 or email me
