Description
Exhibit Poster promoting an exhibit of Alexander Calder’s work, entitled “Calder’s Universe.” This exhibit occurred in 1977 at the Whitney Museum in New York, as well as three other museums in the USA. The poster measures 28″ x 33″, and depicts a four-color image that exemplified Calder’s style. The poster is in good condition overall, showing some minor fading from age as well as some minor fraying at the edges and other minor blemishes. It would look really nice if it were professionally gallery-mounted. NOTE: The poster will be shipped rolled up in a mailing tube, unless otherwise specified. Shipping in the frame will be rather expensive, so I do not recommend it. If you are a fan of Calder’s work but do not want to pay the price of his originals or signed lithographs, you can own this exhibit poster for $49.99
