Offered for sale is a vintage Bulova Transportation Special railroad-approved wrist watch, made in USA circa 1960.  This watch is much rarer than the Bulova Accutron Railroad watch.  This watch features a gold filled case with a solid stainless steel screw back, a 23-jewel calibre 10BNCHR manual wind movement, an anti-magnetic shield over the movement, and a white dial with black numerals.  The case is in very good condition, showing signs of normal wear.  The movement runs and keeps excellent time.  The dial is in very good original condition.  Overall, a very presentable watch that is ready to wear in style or present as a wonderful gift to a person who appreciates fine timepieces.  This watch measures 34mm wide x 42mm lug-to-lug.  Signed case, dial, and movement.  Fitted with a new black leather strap.  You can own this high grade, attractive, highly collectible, ready-to-wear vintage watch from a time when the Bulova name truly meant quality, for $599.99/obo.  If you have questions about this watch or about my watch and clock repair services, please feel free to contact me.
