Offered for sale is a vintage Gubelin wrist watch, Swiss made, probably ca. 1950s.  This watch features a heavy solid 18k yellow gold screwback case, a 25-jewel automatic movement, and a silver satin dial with gold applied non-numeric hour markers.  The case is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of occasional wear.  The movement is in excellent running order.  The dial appears to be an older refinish of good quality.  Overall, a very presentable watch that is ready to wear in style or present as a wonderful gift to a person who appreciates fine timepieces.  This watch measures 35mm wide (without crown).  The case without the movement weighs 0.74 troy ounce.  Fitted with a black leather two-piece strap.
