Bulova Accutron 218 Yellow Gold Plated Day/Date Wrist Watch, 1971

Offered for sale is a vintage Bulova Accutron wrist watch, circa 1971.  This watch features a heavy yellow gold electroplated case, a calibre 218 electronic tuning fork movement, a silver satin dial with luminous hands, and a day/date display at the 3 o’clock position.  The case is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of occasional wear.  There is some light personal engraving on the back indicating that the watch was presented as a service award in 1972.  The movement is in excellent running order.  The dial is in very good original condition.    Overall, a very presentable watch that is ready to wear in style.  Size: 35mm diameter (without crown).  Fitted with a matching yellow gold plated bracelet.  The bracelet will fit a wrist size of up to 6-1/2″ and can be made smaller by adjusting the clasp or removing links.  You can own this high grade, attractive, ready-to-wear watch, for only $499.99.  If you have questions about this watch or about my watch and clock repair services, please feel free to contact me.
