Hamilton 975 17j 16-size Gold Filled Hunting Case Pocket Watch

Offered for sale is an antique Hamilton 975 hunting case pocket watch, made in USA probably circa 1919.  This is a 16-size watch, and measures approximately 51mm (2″) diameter.  This watch features a yellow gold-filled hunting case with a fancy floral design combined wit an engine-turned pattern on both sides and a blank cartouche on the front, a 17-jewel adjusted stem-wind stem-set Grade 975 movement, and a single-sunk porcelain dial with Arabic numerals and blue steel hands.   The case is in excellent condition, showing signs of normal pocket carry and some minor brassing on the underside of the bow.   The dial is in excellent original condition, showing no visible cracks or chips.  The movement runs and keeps excellent time.  Overall, a presentable watch that is ready to carry with pride or present as a wonderful gift to a person who appreciates fine timepieces.  You can own this high grade, American-made pocket watch, for $499.99.  If you have questions about this watch or about my watch and clock repair services, please feel free to contact me.
