Offered for sale is a vintage Longines wrist watch, Swiss made, circa 1950s.  This watch features a solid 14k yellow gold rectangular case with a snap back, a 17-jewel caliber 22L manual wind movement, and a silver fancy textured dial with a subsidiary seconds hand at the 6 o’clock position.  The watch is in near-mint condition overall, and looks like it may have been worn once if at all.  The case is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of occasional handling.   The caseback has a personal engraving which dates the watch to 1953.  The movement runs and keeps excellent time.  The textured dial is in excellent original condition.   The watch comes in its original box, and is fitted with its original leather strap and signed buckle.  They don’t come any cleaner than this.  You can own this high grade, attractive, super clean, ready to wear vintage wrist watch that truly exemplifies mid 20th century styling, for $1299.99.  If you have questions about this watch or about my watch and clock repair services, please feel free to contact me.
