Offered for sale is a vintage Omega Automatic wrist watch, Swiss-made, circa 1970s. This watch features a stainless steel screw back case, a 17-jewel automatic movement, and a silver matte dial with silver applied non-numeric hour markers and a date display at the 3 o’clock position. The case is in very good unpolished condition, showing signs of normal wear and some toolmarks on the back. There is some light personal engraving on the caseback indicating that this watch was originally presented as a service award to an employee of New York Telephone in 1972. The movement runs and keeps excellent time. The dial is in excellent original condition. This watch measures 34mm diameter (without crown). Fitted with the original matching Omega “beads of rice” stainless steel bracelet. The bracelet can fit a wrist size up to 7″ and can be made smaller by adjusting the clasp or removing links.
