Description
Offered for sale is a vintage Omega Seamaster mid-sized wrist watch, Swiss-made, ca. late 1950s. This watch features a stainless steel snap back case with big, beefy lugs (very desirable among Omega collectors), a 17-jewel calibre 470 automatic movement, and a silver matte dial with silver applied hour markers. The case is in excellent condition, showing signs of normal wear. The movement runs and keeps excellent time. The dial is in good original condition with a patina appropriate for its age. There is some light personal engraving on the caseback indicating that the watch was originally presented as a gift to a Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. The Knights of Columbus were established in 1882 to financially assist sick, needy and disabled Catholic parishioners. Overall, a presentable watch that is ready to wear in style. This watch measures 32mm diameter (without crown). Fitted with a black leather strap. You can own this high grade, attractive, highly collectible vintage watch that is suitable for everyday wear, for $899.99.
