Vintage Benrus MIL-W-3818B US Military Hack Wrist Watch, 1965, Vietnam War Era

Offered for sale is a vintage Benrus MIL-W-3818B US military issue wrist watch, Swiss-made, circa 1965 (Vietnam War era).  This watch features a solid stainless steel one-piece case with a non-reflective finish, a 17-jewel manual wind movement with hacking device (stops the second had when in the setting position), and a black dial with luminous hour markers and hands (Note: the luminosity has faded over time).  The case is in very good condition overall, showing signs of normal wear.  The movement is in excellent running order.  The dial is in excellent original condition.  Overall, a presentable watch that is ready to wear in style or present as a wonderful gift to a person who appreciates fine timepieces.  This watch measures 34mm wide (without crown) by 41mm lug-to-lug.  Fitted with an olive nylon strap.  You can own this attractive, highly collectible vintage military wrist watch, for $499.99/obo.  If you have questions about this watch or about my watch and clock repair services, please feel free to contact me.
