This knife is based on a design by the legendary knifemaker Bob Loveless. W.C. Davis started making knives in 1973, and was admitted to the Knifemakers Guild in 1974. W.C. Davis passed away in 2015. This knife features a stainless steel drop-point blade, full tapered tang construction, and a maroon micarta handle with lanyard hole. The blade is 3-5/8″ long and 3/16″ thick at the hilt. Overall length is 7-1/2″. The blade is tang stamped W.C. Davis. The knife is in excellent, like-new condition overall. The blade appears to be unsharpened. The handle scales are in excellent condition. The fit and finish is superb. The knife includes a custom leather sheath. This knife is the perfect size for general outdoor and camp use, and for field-dressing small to medium size game. It would also make an excellent work knife. This knife is very well made, and will provide many years of service with proper care. Or, it would be right at home in a collection of custom knives. You can own this very high quality custom knife for $499.99.
