John Kemp Custom Handmade Loveless Style Drop Point Hunting Knife w/Sheath

Offered for sale is a custom fixed-blade hunting knife, hand-made in USA by John Kemp.   This knife is based on a design by the legendary knifemaker Bob Loveless.  An interesting fact about John Kemp is that he worked for Randall knives for a period of time.  This knife features a stainless steel drop-point blade, full tang construction, a stainless steel hilt, a lanyard hole, and very nice wood handle scales which are secured to the tang with two nickel silver rivets.  The blade is 3-7/8″ long and 1/8″ thick at the hilt.  Overall length is 8″.  The blade is tang stamped “Kemp.”   The knife is in excellent condition, showing signs of occasional use and handling.  The handle scales are in excellent condition, with no visible cracks or chips.  The fit and finish is superb.  The knife includes a leather sheath.  This knife is very well made, and will provide many years of service with proper care.  Or, it would be right at home in a collection of custom knives.  You can own this very high quality handmade knife from a very highly regarded maker, for $499.99.
