Description
Offered for sale is an Eddie Lee fixed-blade hunting knife, hand-made in USA, probably ca. 1990s. I know very little about the maker, but the craftsmanship is top-notch. I believe Eddie Lee is a disciple of George Herron, a noted knifemaker and past president of the Knifemakers Guild. This knife is based on a design by the legendary knifemaker Bob Loveless. This knife features a stainless steel blade, a stainless steel single hilt, full tapered tang construction, and a black micarta handle. The blade is 4″ long and 3/16″ thick at the hilt. Overall length is 8-1/2″. The blade is tang stamped E. Lee, and is numbered 395. The knife is in excellent, like-new condition overall. The blade appears to be unsharpened. The handle scales are in excellent condition. The fit and finish is superb. The knife includes a leather sheath. This knife is very well made, and will provide many years of service with proper care. Or, it would be right at home in a collection of custom knives. You can own this custom knife for $499.99.
