Elgin 16s 21j BW Raymond Railroad Pocket Watch, Gold Filled RR Case

Offered for sale is an antique Elgin BW Raymond open-faced railroad pocket watch, made in USA circa 1925.  This is a 16-size watch, and measures approximately 50mm (2″) diameter.  This watch features a genuine Elgin RR (by Star Case Watch Co) 12k yellow gold filled screw-back-and-bezel case, a 21-jewel stem-wind lever-set movement, and comes with a white single sunk dial with black numerals and blue steel spade hands.  The case is in very good condition, showing signs of normal pocket carry and no visible brassing.  The dial is in excellent original condition, except for a minor hairline between the 10 and 12 o’clock positions.  The movement runs and keeps excellent time.
