Offered for sale is a vintage Hampden Automatic wrist watch, Swiss made, probably ca. 1950s. This watch features a 10k gold filled snapback case, a 17-jewel AS 1361 automatic movement, and a silver matte dial with gold applied hour markers and a date display at the 3 o’clock position. The date can be quick-set by means of a date corrector pusher on the side of the watch near the 2 o’clock position. The case is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of normal wear. The movement is in excellent running order. The dial is in excellent original condition, showing a slight patina appropriate for its age. Overall, a presentable watch that is ready to wear in style.
