Offered for sale is a vintage Whittnauer wrist watch, Swiss made, circa 1940s.  This watch features a 10k yellow gold filled Deco style case with fancy lugs, a 17-jewel caliber 9WN manual wind movement, and a silver satin dial with gold hour markers and a subsidiary seconds hand at the 6 o’clock position.  The case is in very good condition overall, showing signs of occasional wear.  The movement is in excellent running order.  The dial appears to be in very good original condition, and shows some minor discoloration in a few spots.  Overall, a presentable watch that is ready to wear in style or present as a wonderful gift to a person who appreciates fine timepieces.  Size: 23mm wide x 37mm lug-to-lug.  Signed case, dial, and movement.  Fitted with a tan leather strap.  You can own this high grade, attractive, highly collectible wrist watch, for only $199.99/obo.  If you have questions about this watch or about my watch and clock repair services, please feel free to contact me.
