Ray Cover Custom Handmade Folding Slipjoint Knife, Wharncliffe Blade

Offered for sale is a Ray Cover custom handmade slipjoint folding pocket knife, made in USA, probably ca. 2000.   Ray Cover is a veteran knifemaker from Mineral Point, Missouri, and is well known among custom knife enthusiasts for his flawless custom folding knives.  This knife features an ATS-34 stainless steel Wharncliffe blade, steel liners, birds-eye rivets at the hinge end, and maroon micarta handle scales.  Length closed is 3-13/16″.  The blade is tang stamped “R. Cover, ATS-34.”  The knife is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of occasional handling. The blade appears to be 100% intact, and “walks and talks.”  There is no sheath with this knife but have seen many custom sheaths available on ebay.  This knife is very well made, and will provide many years of service with proper care.  Or, it would be right at home in a collection of custom pocket knives.  You can own this very high quality handmade pocket knife for $449.99.
