Description
Offered for sale is a vintage Buck #121 “Fisherman” fixed-blade hunting/fishing knife, made in USA circa 1968-1973. This knife features a stainless steel trailing point blade, an aluminum hilt and pommel, and a black composite handle. The blade is 5″ long and almost 1/8″ thick at the hilt. Overall length is 9-1/4″. The blade has the inverted tang stamp of “Buck U.S.A.” Prior to 1968, Buck knives were stamped “Buck.” In 1968, Buck added “USA” to the tang stamp. By 1973, the model number was added, and by 1986, date code symbols were added to the tang stampings. The knife is in excellent condition overall, showing signs of occasional use and carry. The blade appears to be about 99% intact. Included with the knife is its original black leather sheath. This knife is very well made, and will provide many more years of service with proper care. Or, it would be right at home in a collection of fixed blade knives. You can own this high quality vintage American hunting knife for $129.99.
